Die meisten CMR-Lacke und Flüssiglaminate für unbedruckte und bedruckte Folien, Planen und Gewebe lassen sich sowohl manuell als auch maschinell applizieren. Bei maschinellen Anwendungen bietet sich dabei vor allem die Auftragstechnik mittels Mayer-Bar Rakel an. Hier wird von Rolle zu Rolle beschichtet, und die Rakelstärke und Geschwindigkeit bestimmen das Auftragsgewicht.

Für viele Medien, die mit Solvent-, Eco-Solvent oder pigmentierten Inkjet-Tinten bedruckt sind, ermöglicht das Lackieren wässriger CMR-Systeme mittels Coating-Maschine eine saubere und platzsparende Alternative gegenüber dem manuellen Beschichten mit Lackierrolle oder Sprühpistole.

Aufgrund der Partnerschaft zu einem international tätigem Hersteller entsprechender Liquid Coater kann CMR seinen Kunden nun die Lacksysteme sowie die geeigneten Coating-Maschinen für diese Anwendungen anbieten.

CMR-914 Special Thinner
 
In difficult cases concerning the cleaning of machines and tools the thinner CMR-914 is most applicable.
 
The advantage: This product does not contain acetone like most other PU-cleaners.  Acetone would affect plastics. However, this material has a strong inherent smell due to alcohols. Therefore it is advisable to work at opened windows. CMR-914 serves as all-purpose cleaner. It can be used unhesitatingly for all devices. Nevertheless this thinner solves paints and coatings.

CMR-925 Cleaning Concentrate for Tarpaulin
  
For cleaning of painted truck tarpaulin the highly effective and thixotropic Special Cleaning Concentrate CMR-925 is suitable, applicable as film or foam.
The product is a multifunctionally applicable, thixotropic, dilutable, water-based cleaning concentrate which leaves a smooth, clean surface that resists a quick soiling.
 
The cleaner is biodegradable and free of complexing agents, it does not contain any hazardous ingredients, it does endanger neither employees nor the environment. Due to its good thixotropic characteristics the product does not drip off vertical or overhead surfaces . CMR-925 has proved its worth e.g. in surface cleaning, especially on tarpaulin and dissolves even strongest soilings such as oils, greases, grime, brake dust, gummings and deeply intruded environmental dirt.

Application:
CMR-925 can be diluted with water (up to 1:3), higher dilutions depend on the grade of soiling of the objects.
 
Higher dilutions make CMR-925 lose its thixotropic characteristics. When diluting the product, always pay attention on creating a homogeneous mixture before the application.
Can be diluted with water (up to 1:10).  By adding air, a solid foam is created that sticks safely to the surface.
The product can be applied via spraying, immersion, ultrasonic or wiping method, shows best demulsifying characteristics, is insensitive against various water hardness and temperatures. It can be applied in immersion baths up to 50° C.

Covers and tents
 
The same CMR liquid laminates, which have been developed for protective lacquering of truck-tarpaulins or advertising banners, are also suitable for roof sheeting, tarpaulins/ covers, (boat covers), circus tents, carvan-roofing etc. made out of PVC.
 
Of course, also materials which have already been in use for several years, can be protected and therewith „renewed“.
 
The lacquers will considerably decelerate further weathering of the tarpaulins and provide them with a new protective coating against mechanical load. However, this is depending on how far the former weathering has already been processed. As far as the tarpaulin is solid and not yet fragile it will work.
 
The 2 component lacquer CMR-440, as well as the corresponding hardener CMR-640, are particularly adequate for this purpose.
 
A roller or a spray gun should be used for varnishing. Furthermore it is important to clean the surfaces thoroughly in advance and to let them dry sufficiently later on. Please consider our processing advice and data sheets for liquid laminates at the download area of this homepage.

Handbags
 
The 1C and 2C protective lacquers have also been approved to the refinement of handbags. Some of our customers concern themselves with the creative manufacturing of individual handbags and often use the same tarpaulin and PVC material which are used for truck side tarpaulins for the refinement of printed surfaces. The adhesive strength and flexibility of the lacquers, as well as the simple handling and varnishing is advantageous in this concern.

CMR-413.W Antigraffiti Clearcoat

CMR-413.WM Antigraffiti Clearcoat (matt)

Due to its charateristics CMR-413.W resp. CMR-413.WM are very suitable for screen printing applications.

The translucent CMR-413.W is used as protection film of rigid materials. Especially on alu-dibond and aluminium and other metals this clearcoat achieves very good properties concerning adhesion, scratch restistance and UV-protection. Apart from this the product is suitable as a clearcoat for printed and unprinted plastics.

CMR-413.W has outstanding properties for using screen printing application. For example clients use size-90-sreens. Therefore the viscosity (40-50 sec, 4 mm cup) of the mixture between lacquer and crosslinker (2:1) is perfect without any dilution of water.

Der Innovationspreis des Landkreises Schaumburg wurden an CMR Coatings verliehen. Deren Entwicklung eines wasserbasierenden Schutzlackes zur Veredelung von Kunststoffen und Kunststofffolien setzte sich gegen 8 Mitbewerber durch.
 
Verleihung des Schaumburger Innovationspreises auf der Regionalschau
 
Die Rintelner Firma „CMR Coatings“ hat den Innovationspreis des Landkreises Schaumburg 2007 gewonnen. Das Unternehmen entwickelte einen Fahrzeugfolienlack, der eine intensive Leuchtkraft besitzt und gleichzeitig gegenüber der Wirkung des Sonnenlichts relativ unempfindlich ist. Die Jury erkannte den zweiten Platz der Firma „adaptronic“ aus Wiedensahl und den dritten Platz der Hautau GmbH aus Helpsen zu.
 
Landrat Heinz-Gerhard Schöttelndreier erklärte vor der Vergabe des Innovationspreises während des Handwerkerforums auf der Regionalschau: „Ich möchte allen Bewerbern danken für ihren Mut und ihr Engagement. Sie alle hätten diesen Preis verdient. Neun Unternehmen aus dem Landkreis hatten sich mit ihren Neuentwicklungen für den Innovationspreis 2007 beworben. Für den Wettbewerb können Innovationen aus den Bereichen Technik und Produktion, Vertrieb, Personalwesen oder Organisation angemeldet werden. Ebenso Unternehmen, die in ihre Gesamtheit neue Wege beschreiten. Der Bewertungskommission gehörten neben dem Landrat auch der Vorsitzende des Wirtschaftsausschusses Landkreis Schaumburg der IHK Hannover Hermann Stoevesandt, die Kreistagsabgeordnete Brigitte Bödeker und der Geschäftsführer des Produktionstechnischen Zentrums Jens Gue an.
 
Hermann Stoevesandt betonte vor der Verkündung der Sieger, dass alle neun Bewerber Projekte von hoher Qualität eingereicht hätten. Entsprechend schwer sei die Bewertung gefallen. Auch aus diesem Grund hätte sich die Jury entschieden, den mit 6.000 Euro dotierten Innovationspreis auf drei Wettbewerber zu verteilen.
 
So erhielt die Firma „CMR Coatings“ 3.000 Euro für ihren neu entwickelten Fahrzeugfolienlack. Die Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens hatten eine Folie ausgetüftelt, die einen Kompromiss zwischen zwei schwer vereinbaren Prinzipien findet. Einerseits leuchtet sich in kräftigen Farben, andererseits besitzt diese Leuchtkraft Beständigkeit und verblasst nicht so schnell unter der Einwirkung des Sonnenlichts. Der Vorteil ist, dass diese auf Polizei-, Feuerwehr-, und Sanitätsfahrzeugen verwendeten Folien nicht so häufig ausgewechselt werden müssen. So können die betreffenden Institutionen Geld sparen und die Belastung für die Umwelt wird verringert.
 
Den zweiten Platz sicherte sich die Firma „adaptronic“ aus Wiedensahl. Sie entwickelte einen robusten, vielseitigen und günstigen Adapter für die Automobil- und Zulieferindustrie. Dieser vereinfacht die Mess- und Prüfvorgänge in der mit immer mehr Elektronikelementen verwobenen Fahrzeugtechnik. Diese Innovation des Wiedensahler Unternehmens belohnte die Jury mit 2.000 Euro. Den dritten Platz und damit ein Preisgeld von 1.000 Euro sicherte sich die Firma Hautau aus HeIpsen mit einem automatischen Hebe-Schiebe-Beschlag für Fenstertüren. Per Knopfdruck oder Fernsteuerung lässt sich so eine Schiebetür öffnen und schließen.
 
Mathias Sielaff von der Firma CMR Coatings nimmt den Innovationspreis von Landrat Heinz-Gerhard Schöttelndreier entgegen.
