CMR-535 Compound for Technical Textiles (I)
The water-borne CMR compound for deposition of technical textiles CMR-535, that is inserted for the external area (awnings, coverings, umbrellas, tents, textile building etc.) consists of an acrylate-polyurethane mixture which optimizes the advantages of both binding agent classes for this application.
Beyond this a VOC-free PU-thickener as well as a fluoro-carboxylic post-impregnation guarantees a further optimal direction of qualities. The system meets the following requirements generally: lightfastness, water gauge > 500 mm, hydrolysis ruggedness; water, dirt, oil rejection as well as high cold flexibility. The application occurs via blade coating.
