Most of the CMR-lacquers and liquid-laminates for unprinted and printed films, tarpaulins and fabric could be applied manually as well as by machine. Application by machine first of all could be done by means of a Meyer-Bar. This is where coating is effected from roll to roll, the thickness of the Meyer-Bar and the speed determine the applied weight of coating.
Concerning the media, which are printed with solvent-, eco-solvent- or pigmented inks, the coating of diluted CMR-systems by means of a coating machine offers a clean and space-saving alternative against the application by roll or spray gun.
Based on the cooperation with international manufacturers of liquid coaters CMR is able to offer lacquer systems and appropriate coating-machines for these applications.
Liquid coaters for working widths of 1600, 2200 and 3200mm are available. We would like to present the advantages of this technique as well as the functionality of the liquid coater to our interested customers at our location in Vlotho.
