The CMR protection clearcoat CMR-435 is a water-borne one component clearcoat (1C) for protection of printed vinyls and tarpaulins, which are used for advertising application.
The printed medias (logos, lettering, pictures) are protected against attrition, decomposition, UV light and chemicals and they achieve an outstanding colour brilliance. Depending on the field of application, the CMR protection clearcoat can be adjusted glossy or matt. The application occurs generally via coating machines (roll, blade coating). In addition, a further variant of the system is outstandingly suitable for the manual application by sponge, brush or roller. This system variant CMR-435.S distinguishes from the actual CMR lacquer at a clear shorter drying time at room temperature.
In the case of textile building, the possibility of the high frequency welding must be provided. The CMR protection clearcoat allows this as a 1C variant.
